Q: What is Monthly Maintenance and why do I need it? 
A: Monthly maintenance is a fee charged by most companies that could either include hosting fees and/or page update fees.  If you are paying them now, you need to ask what it is for.  Some companies don't tell you and charge excessively for disk space and do nothing else.  We are not a hosting company (but can transfer you to a reliable company if needed).  We are a website company that would add content, keywords and/or minor changes to your site according to what you need... and only what you need.  Also, many folks new to the internet don't realize, but adding good content to your website on a regular basis will improve your chances at ranking higher with the search engines.  A stagnate website is the kiss of death!

Q: What is the difference between Organic Search and Pay Per Click (PPC)?
A: Organic Search is when search engines such as Google, search your website for what they consider relevant content.  If they like what they see, they rank you higher on their search pages.  Your goal here is to get to page number one.  If you're not there, you're not seen.  While this process is the most cost effective, it will take from weeks to months to see results depending on the competition in your industry.  PPC is a bidding process to get you on the first page of search engines.  Key words are used from your industry - analyzed and purchased for the best ROI.  Remember, this is a bidding process and it could take a few months to see results while the keyword selection process is honed.
